FLANGE LABELS (REVISION TAGS)

 A multi-layer HDPE-cross laminate film with a THT coating on one side. The label is printed in four sections, each having a color and a perforation allowing sections to be removed in sequence. Sections are white with an 8mm hole punch followed by green, yellow and red. Ideal for flange maintenance labelling, progress labelling and current condition labelling. The label gives high quality printing and extreme resistance to tearing, puncture and tear propagation.

 With the flange label you can easily access the flange maintenance process at any time. To temporarily close off a pipe that is provided with flanges completely, use is made of plug-in flanges, the so-called plugging off. This makes it possible to carry out (maintenance) work in a safe way.

With the help of the flange label tear-off parts you register every step in the process. The flange labels are available in various color combinations and can be torn off with each color to indicate a particular stage of maintenance or repair.
